Coatings

Al2O3 – 0.4-0.7 µm

  • Anti-reflective coating on sapphire (Al2O3) for the range of 0.4-0.7 microns. Anti-reflection in other ranges specified by the customer is possible.
  • The adhesion of the coating is checked with adhesive tape.
  • The coating has passed the climatic test (24 hours at a temperature of +50 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 98-99%) and mechanical durability (according to the instructions from paragraph 4.5.11 of MIL-C-675C).
  • Reflection from one surface is shown.

Al2O3 – 0.7-5 µm

  • Anti-reflective coating on sapphire (Al2O3) for the range 0.7-5 microns.
  • The transmission of a window with coating on both surfaces is shown.

Al2O3 – 0.5-0.7; 1.06; 1.55; 3-5 µm

  • Anti-reflective coating on sapphire (Al2O3) for the range 500-700 nm, 1064 nm, 1550 nm. and 3-5 microns.
  • The theoretical transmission of a window with coating on both surfaces (without taking into account absorption of the substrate material) is presented.

Al2O3 – 3-5 µm

  • Anti-reflective coating on sapphire (Al2O3) 3-5 microns.
  • The theoretical transmission of a window with coating on both surfaces (without taking into account absorption of the substrate material) is presented.
