Notification on the implementation (resumption) of activities in accordance with the amendments dated 09.05.2020 to the Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg No. 121 'On measures to counter the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in St. Petersburg.' LLC 'Opto-TL' is a small innovative industrial enterprise, founded in 2002. The main activities are design, manufacturing and sales of optical products. The quality management system for the design, production and maintenance of optical products made of glass and crystals, optical systems (including lenses), optical test equipment complies with GOST ISO 9001-2015. LLC 'Opto-TL' has a compliance certificate ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System, issued by the Certification Association 'Russian Register'.

«Opto-Technological Laboratory» Ltd (Opto-TL) is innovative production enterprise founded in 2002. Main activity – design and manufacturing of optical products.

Quality Management System applied to development, manufacturing and service of optical components out of crystals and glasses, optical systems (including objectives), optical testing and measuring devices corresponds to GOST R ISO 9001-2015.
