LLC "Opto-Technological Laboratory" (abbreviated name LLC "Opto-TL") is a small innovative industrial enterprise with its own production complex, founded in 2002.
The main activities are design, manufacturing and sales of optical products. The The company employs highly-qualified certified specialists in the field of crystal and glass processing technologies, coating, optical and mechanical design as well as management.
Products
LLC "Opto-TL" specializes in the manufacture of products to order in accordance with the technical specifications of customers. The company's specialists can perform optical calculations, design, manufacture of prototypes and conduct the necessary tests. The declared quality is ensured by monitoring objectives on an optical bench for MTF or energy concentration.
The company also designs and manufactures optical devices for technological control, primarily interferometers for measuring the accuracy of the shape of optical surfaces, on which it is also possible to measure the radii of spherical surfaces. Most of the devices are certified by the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology and registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments.
Field of activity
The key area of the optical industry, in which LLC "Opto-TL" is currently working, is lens production. The range of orders is dominated by small batches of innovative lenses for the visible and infrared ranges, there is a catalog of our own developments.
The company also works in the field of instrumentation (interferometers of own production). The main customers of Opto-TL LLC are Russian industrial enterprises, as well as companies in Europe, USA and Asia.
